How can I place the order online?

Once you have selected and added the product into your shopping cart,

you will continue to the checkout part of the site where you can see

the Billing, Shipping information, etc.

In order to proceed to place your order, you will need to click on the

"CONTINUE WITH ORDER" button placed under the

Additional Information part of checkout,

as well as the "USE THIS ADDRESS" button press under the

Shipping Information section

( Select one of the two options for shipping addresses)

How can I place a gift message along with the order?

The gift message is found under the Additional Information section of the Billing Address. You can see it by clicking on the Edit address link on the Billing Address section
