Here are the recipes to blend our very own Aztec Hot and Iced Chocolate.

EUROPEAN STYLE HOT CHOCOLATE
In a heat-safe container, add 1/4 C of Mariebelle Hot Chocolate powder to 1/4 C of boiling water. Stir until smooth and well melted. If chocolate pieces do not melt completely, steam, simmer, or microwave, for 30 seconds. If you prefer your drink less thick, add more boiling water. Makes 1 mug. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

AMERICAN STYLE HOT CHOCOLATE
In a heat-safe container, add 1/4 C of Mariebelle Hot Chocolate powder to 1/4 C of boiling milk. Stir until smooth and well melted. If chocolate pieces do not melt completely, steam, simmer, or microwave, for 30 seconds. If you prefer your drink less thick, add more boiling milk. Makes 1 mug. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

CREME DE CHOCOLAT
Mix 1 1/2 C of Mariebelle Hot Chocolate powder to 1 C of boiling water. Stir until smooth and well melted. Then steam, simmer, or microwave for 20 seconds. Place in ramekin(s). Chill for 2 hours. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

ICED CHOCOLATE
Chocolate powder to 1/4 C of boiling water. Stir until smooth and well melted. In a blender, mix melted chocolate with 2 Cups of ice. Blend until ice is well grounded, serve at once. Makes 16 oz.

MARIEBELLE ICED CHOCOLATE WITH ORANGE JUICE
1/2 Cup MarieBelle Aztec Iced Chocolate Powder
1/2 Cup Orange Juice**
2 Cups Ice

In a saucepan, bring Orange Juice to a boil, then turn fire off. Add Chocolate Powder immediately and mix until well melted. In a blender, add the 2 cups ice, the chocolate and OJ mixture, and blend until you achieve a smooth, icy consistency. Enjoy at once!


MARIEBELLE ICED CHOCOLATE WITH COCONUT
1/2 Cup Aztec Iced Chocolate Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Cups Ice


In a saucepan, bring Coconut Milk to a boil, then turn fire off. Add Chocolate Powder immediately and mix until well melted. In a blender, add the 2 cups ice, the chocolate and coconut mixture, and blend well.
**Coconut Chocolate: Add 2 ounces of rum. Garnish rim of glass with coconut flakes. Serves 2.
